Kubra - Kubrica
In the northeast part of Trenčín there are two city parts Kubra and Kubrica. Kubra starts at the end of Kubrická valley and lies among the stream Kubrica up to the meeting point of river.
The centre of the original village is a square with Church of St. John Nepomuk, cemetery, older family houses, it one of the oldest parts of Trenčín.
In front of the church there is stone cross from mid 19th century and a statue of St. John Nepomuk from folk artist.
In the upper part of the village there is a stream Kubranská kyselka, which is a favourite location for free time activities for citizens of Trenčín. Kubra is connected to Kubrica, which has characteristics of a smaller settlement.
