Nemšová
Nemšová is mentioned in the year 1242 as the Villa Neusova. The village grew close to the rivers Vlára and Váh, on the crossroads from Trenčín, Lednické Rovné, through Vlársky pass into Morava. In the 16th century Nemšová was industrially one of the strongest and largest villages of those times.
Dominant point of Nemšová is the roman catholic Church of St. Michael Archangel, which was built in years 1762 – 1766 as a late baroque one-nave temple. In the years 1332 – 1337 in the same place there was a smaller church.
