The territory of Brezina woods forms the southwest end of the Strážovské Hills, reaching deep into Trenčín. Belongs to Fatra-Tatras area of the West Carpathians. It stretches in the north-south direction along the Váh River, from Jastrabské saddleback to the City of Hlohovec.
